Since Stealth Digital is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

• non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded;
• download and unzipping issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 7 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason;
• major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact us for such issues . We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered; Please be advised that temporary access to your webhost/server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
• product not-as-described: such issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. Please note that a live demo for each product is provided on the sales page for evaluation purpose .

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Requests for a refund are accepted at Contact us within the period of 1 week after the full payment is received. 

Digital Products:
Refund of Facebook, Youtube, Google ads or any Digital Marketing Services. Stealth Digital fees are non-refundable, however the outstanding amount to Facebook or Google will be deposited into customers account, minus consulting fees at $50 an hour.

Website Services:
How refund is calculated.

• Domain are purchased with Godaddy and they do not issue a refund therefore we do not refund domains.
• Hosting also is paid to an external company and they also do not issue refunds. Therefore we do not offer refunds once hosting has been setup.
• Websites are normally charged at $70 an hour. So if Stealth Digital have done 4 hours on website, take off $280 of refund.

Reactivation Fees:
Stealth Digital pays monthly hosting fees for their clients. If your website is overdue for 2 months, Stealth Digital have the right to turn off your website. The reactivation fee is $199 as it takes Stealth Digital 4 hours to reactivate website PLUS whatever the cost is to reactivate the domain. 

After 2 months overdue, the website, its contents, email services will be deleted permanently. There is no way to return the website back.

SEO + Analytics:
There is a monthly cost of $29 for SEO installation. As this is monthly cost, Stealth Digital will provide refund as long as you contact us 7 days after purchasing the plugin.

Access to cPanel/Wordpress
Client/customer or agencies will not be given access to their cPanel. cPanel is where the server resides, any changes to server, backup, direct access to file manager and database is not to be granted to anyone. Only Newman at Stealth Digital can access cPanel.

Access to WordPress
WordPress is where the files, photos, images, videos, security, theme and plugins are stored. Stealth Digital and the client can have a login to WordPress. Any other agency that requires access will need to get Stealth Digital client to message us with a specific purpose of changes. To protect Stealth Digital client websites, no one apart from Stealth Digital and Client can access WordPress.

End of Services with Stealth Digital:
We are sad to let you go. To move away from our domain services and website hosting, there is a fee.
– Domain transfer with UDAI code $90.
– Hosting termination. This needs to be paid to external company $649
– 6 Hours of Stealth Digital Time at $50 an hour = $300
– WordPress website files is $990
